Usage of Metamask Trezor Account

Limit order placed using Metamask second account (Trezor attached) always gives error "Your transaction has failed". All other services I've ever used (like Uniswap, Pancakeswap...) do not care if I use the default or the second Account in Metamask. it's possible to use trezor/metamask with matcha right now, but you usually have to attempt the tx twice so it defaults to a legacy transaction type (edit: sorry, maybe not the case for limit order signing)
