Curve v2 factory pools support

Curve v2 factory allows anyone to create concentrated liquidity pools of non-pegged coins pairs. https://twitter.com/CurveFinance/status/1483933324360003590?… Please generally support the factory pools like Uniswap's ones. This may be a request for 0xAPI.
